If a hard copy of a document needs to be mailed out,4 there are additional handling and mailing charges, as follows:

4. Normal turnaround for official documents is 1 business day -- i.e., the document(s) will be ready to be picked up or mailed out on the next business day. There is a 50% surcharge for same-day turnaround (to be picked up or mailed out on the same business day).
NOTE: Payment by credit card is requested prior to delivery of the completed document(s), unless another payment arrangement is agreed upon.
